Our Client Relations contact centre is currently accepting applications for the position of Bilingual Client Relations Representative.  As a team of highly committed and knowledgeable employees, we support Financial Advisors, Dealers and Investors through in-bound telephone calls, letters, fax, and e-mail communication. Our Bilingual Client Relations Representatives liaise with our clients to proactively inform as well as assist in responding to inquiries related to accounts, products, administrative support and policies and procedures with the purpose of building relationships. We provide value added resolution and give solution oriented recommendations that meet the needs of the client.

The following qualifications will assist the successful candidate:

  • Bilingual in French and English is required
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Post-secondary education in a related field or a passion for the financial industry
  • Related industry or call-centre experience is an asset
  • Successful completion of the CSC and/or IFIC is preferred
  • Good judgment and decision making skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and perform in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products
