We are looking for Senior Customer Service Representatives to provide the highest level of support through inbound/outbound calls and email. Their goal is to improve the customers' experience and maintain their loyalty by providing outstanding service.


  • 3 years' experience in Account Management or Customer Service in a corporate environment
  • Efficient in problem solving and multitasking
  • Excellent computer and technical skills
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Complete fluency in English
