Job Description We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our call center team located in Laval, Quebec. As a call center agent specialized in purchasing, you'll play an essential role in buying vehicles for our various branches and assisting in our day-to-day operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for people with a passion for the automotive industry and who enjoy providing exceptional customer service. What you’re responsible for: Answering incoming calls related to the purchase of used vehicles Understanding the specific needs of our customers and offering personalized solutions Highlighting our unique business model and sustainability benefits Negotiating and concluding the purchase of cars, keeping in mind purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction Following up on pending customer requests related to sales and purchase Qualifications To join our team: You are bilingual in French and English (required) You have previous call center experience (1 year) You have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills You have excellent customer service and communication skills You have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
