Quality steel starts with you. Responsabilities : Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative plays a key role in order management and customer satisfaction. Enter and validate customer orders, including feasibility, availability, allocations, the need for a product study, creation of SAP material codes, and price validation and accuracy; prepare price approval requests for special agreements; Respond to customer calls and emails and communicate with customers regarding delays or issues related to their orders; Provide customers with order status updates; Monitor shipments and ensure delivery timelines are met; Participate in internal and external sales-related audits; Collaborate with various departments on transformation and optimization projects; Monitor production; Establish shipping priorities as required and follow up with the plants; Collaborate with the Credit Department to validate the feasibility of shipments; Receive, analyze and follow up on customer complaints related to logistics, transportation and sales, involving the appropriate departments through to resolution; Coordinate customer complaints with the Quality team, including arranging the return of defective material; Manage customer requirements based on forecasts, inventory levels and minimum required quantities; Contribute to achieving the business unit’s commercial objectives and identify opportunities for improvement; Support compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality standards. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or another relevant field, combined with experience in administration or customer service; Strong customer service orientation; Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset; French language skills are considered an asset. Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively with large volumes of data; Ability to manage multiple priorities and organize work efficiently; Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external partners; Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP; Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety by promoting safe work practices and incorporating ArcelorMittal’s 10 Golden Rules into daily activities. Requirements

Candidates should have strong customer service, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP, and a commitment to workplace safety; manufacturing experience and French language skills are assets.
