Responsibilities Process customer orders from entry to completion Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and shipping issues Maintain accurate customer and order records Work closely with sales, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams Provide administrative support and assist with reporting Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time Qualifications ✔ 2+ years of customer service, order entry, or customer support experience ✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ✔ High attention to detail ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office ✔ Experience with ERP systems is an asset Nice to Have Experience in wholesale, manufacturing, distribution, apparel, consumer goods, or similar industries Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Momentis, or similar
