The representative will welcome customers, explain RV features, and handle rental paperwork and inquiries. They are also responsible for checking in returning RVs and addressing customer concerns professionally.

The Customer Service Representative will welcome clients, manage the rental process, and provide clear instructions on RV features. They are also responsible for preparing rental documentation and performing final vehicle inspections for departures.
