What you will do: * Manage all aspects of customer service, including answering inquiries, problem-solving, interfacing with the Sales Team, and collaborating with Sales Representatives and Account Managers for Canada and USA * Take responsibility and accountability for effectively managing assigned retail accounts. * Ensure all customer and sales representative inquiries and follow-up communications are handled accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner. * Respond to customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction. * Perform order entry, pricing verification, inventory checks, and all related follow-up activities. * Ensure the accuracy of sales orders and follow up daily on the receipt of finished goods from production to maintain accurate inventory levels. * Work closely with the distribution team to plan and prepare future shipments whenever possible, minimizing last-minute shipping requirements. * Monitor order status from entry through delivery, proactively communicating updates, delays, or changes to customers and internal teams. * Maintain accurate customer records, pricing agreements, and order documentation within the ERP system. * Coordinate with production planning to align customer demand with manufacturing schedules and capacity. * Collaborate with internal departments to identify and implement improvements to internal systems, processes, and workflows. * Communicate and work effectively with administrative, warehouse, and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. * Assist in training new and existing staff on product knowledge and customer service processes to ensure efficient and consistent customer support. The right candidate will have/be: Education: Post-Secondary Education * Effective oral and written communication skills. * Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment. * Self-starter, innovative and able to work in an extremely fast paced environment. * Able to make sound decisions and judgment calls. * Excellent organization skills. * Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented. * Proficient in Microsoft Office. * Must have own reliable transportation.
