Our client in Cambridge is looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience working with big box stores to join their team in a full-time permanent role! This role will work closely with business customers and the team, to deliver professional customer service, accurate order entry and to ensure overall customer expectations are met! As the Customer Service Rep you will manage the entire process of receiving orders, ensuring products are in stock, that orders get picked and shipped in a timely fashion and that any issues are dealt with as they arise to ensure prompt delivery! *NOTE: This role requires past experience in a manufacturing environment, in a Customer Service/ Order Entry or Inside Sales role, working with large companies like Home Depot, Amazon, Walmart etc. Come join the amazing team of this established company and be the recipient of an attractive compensation package including salary between 50-60K, competitive benefits package, company pension plan and bonus! Required Skills: College diploma or university degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field preferred. 2-3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment working with large box store companies. Proficiency in SAP for sales order processing, customer data and order management is a MUST. Experience with EDI order processes and working in customer order management portals such as Home Depot is REQUIRED Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, data validation, and dashboards. Strong understanding of order fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, and delivery coordination in order to track orders to delivery. Ability to manage customer discounts, returns, chargebacks, account reconciliations and handle order disputes professionally. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment . Collaborative team player who can work independently and effectively across functions. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail. Strong sense of accountability and ownership for customers and processes.
