We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Midtown Toronto. This is a full-time, fully in-person position for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, solving problems, and being part of a positive, energetic team. You’ll work directly with customers and clients, representing established brands through face-to-face interactions and helping create experiences that people remember for the right reasons. What You’ll Do Connect with customers face-to-face and provide a professional, welcoming experience Build genuine relationships through clear, confident communication Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and help find the right solutions Represent client brands with professionalism, personality, and care Work closely with your team to support day-to-day campaigns and customer initiatives Keep customer information and interactions organized and up to date Contribute ideas and feedback that help improve the customer experience Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and development sessions Help create a positive team environment where everyone contributes and grows What We’re Looking For You don’t need years of experience to succeed here.
