Hype Events is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, ambitious Customer Service Representative to join the team! You’ll work face-to-face with customers, represent established brands, and help create customer experiences people actually remember. What You’ll Do Connect with customers and provide a welcoming experience Answer questions and help find the right solutions Represent client brands with confidence and personality Work alongside an energetic, supportive team Learn through hands-on training and coaching What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Outgoing, friendly, and a great communicator Positive, reliable, and ready to learn Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment A team player with ambition and energy Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is great—but not required.
