Our client is a fast-growing company known for the quality of its customer service and the speed of its deliveries. We are currently looking for a motivated, organized individual with strong team spirit to join a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers professionally to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Respond promptly to customer calls and requests while ensuring effective follow-up.
- Prepare and process orders as well as invoicing with accuracy.
- Follow up on missing products and propose timely solutions to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy.
- Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth and high-quality service.
- Perform various administrative tasks that contribute to the company’s daily operations.

Requirements:
- Customer service experience (an asset).
- Excellent communication skills.

Salary: $21.50 per hour
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (on-site)
