If so, this is the job for you! • Previous cash experience required. • Shift hours can run anywhere from 8am to 3am, Monday through Sunday. • Ideal candidates will have FULL AVAILABILITY with ability to work until 3am. SALARY: $20.65 per hour plus commission DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Be an Ambassador for Clifton Hill, interact with our guests and show off your knowledge of the area including the various attractions, retail, and food & beverage outlets • Greet customers WITH A SMILE • Upselling attraction Fun Passes to customers • Open and close attractions • Accurately process point of sale transactions • Operate attractions • Exceptional customer service skills a MUST! What you’ll do

The Customer Service Representative acts as an ambassador for Clifton Hill by interacting with guests and providing information about attractions. They are responsible for operating attractions, processing point of sale transactions, and upselling Fun Passes.

Requirements

Candidates must have previous cash handling experience and a friendly, outgoing personality. Full availability is required, including the ability to work shifts until 3am.
