Job Summary Toronto French Academy is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective and current students, handling inbound and outbound calls, and building relationships with immigration consultants and other relevant partners. This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating over the phone, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced education environment. Key Responsibilities ● Answer incoming calls and respond to customer and student inquiries professionally. ● Make outbound calls to prospective students and existing leads. ● Follow up with students regarding programs, inquiries, registrations, and other relevant matters. ● Reach out to prospective students and maintain regular follow-ups. ● Build and maintain professional relationships with immigration consultants and other referral partners. ● Communicate information about Toronto French Academy's programs, services, and enrollment process. ● Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information or direct inquiries to the relevant team. ● Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM/ATS. ● Follow up consistently with leads to support conversions and enrollment. ● Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required. ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience. ● Maintain a professional and positive customer service experience across all communication channels. ● Meet assigned call, follow-up, lead-management, and customer service targets. Requirements ● 3–5 years of experience in customer service, tele sales, inside sales, student support, admissions, or a related role. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to confidently handle both inbound and outbound calls. ● Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills. ● Experience working with leads, CRM systems, or customer databases is an asset. ● Strong organizational and time-management skills. ● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. ● Professional, friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach. ● French language proficiency is preferred. ● Experience in education, language schools, immigration services, student recruitment, or a similar industry is an asset. ● Must be eligible to work in Canada.
