ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will join the Customer Service team at our Arviat, NU Community Banking Centre. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with a variety of financial activities, like making deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques. As you get to know our customers, you will be able to help them identify some of their financial needs and provide them the best solution through FNB’s products and services, while adhering to internal and regulatory policies and procedures. This is a part-time permanent position. QUALIFICATIONS * have strong interpersonal skills; be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; use a calculator and computer; use Microsoft Office; stand for extended periods of time * experience with financial institution software systems preferred * cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience preferred * have an acceptable criminal record check and credit check If you do not currently meet all of the above qualifications, we will provide training, on-site mentorship, and ongoing learning and development opportunities for candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.
