Shoreland Transport Inc., a division of Cooke is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 3 month contract in St. George, NB. This is an exciting expansion opportunity for someone who loves to be hands-on and personal with their customers. Handling customer requirements from start to finish. This challenging opportunity consists of * Building on and establishing customer relationships * Order entry, ensuring accurate and complete information is received. * Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments * Working closely with the operations team to ensure Customers On-time delivery expectations are met or exceeded * Liaison between shippers, receivers, and operations to ensure delays and issues are communicated timely and efficiently * Accessorial charge management * Other duties as assigned Candidates should have * Strong customer service focus * Customer Service experience in the Transportation Industry considered an asset * Strong communication skills * Hours of Service and geographical knowledge * Transportation weights and measures * Experience with TruckMate (Maddox) considered an asset If you're looking to join a supportive team environment with opportunities for personal and professional development, apply now and become part of our dynamic team.
