Mississauga, ON, Canada $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client who is a manufacturer, supplier and distributer of inks. If you are detail oriented and interested in learning all about the ink industry, this is the perfect role for you! What You’ll Do First line of customer service for all customer inquiries and orders Effectively prioritize key tasks while managing a fast-paced work environment Enter orders provided by customers efficiently and accurately Coordinate with Production / Logistics to ensure required service levels of our customers are met or exceeded Work with sales team to ensure accurate pricing Communicate and coordinate with mobile and off-site technicians to ensure orders are entered and shipped as required Communicate with customers to address any concerns they might have with pricing, invoicing, shipments, orders etc. Enter consignment counts and billing as required Ensure invoicing is completed and dispatched to customers in a timely fashion Other duties as required Qualifications Motivated, self-starter with a sound work ethic Excellent customer service skills Strong computer skills Excellent communication skills are a must have Able to multi-task Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with SAP would be a benefit Benefits RRSP plan with company match Extended healthcare benefits Dental care and vision Care Life insurance On-site parking Apply to this Job
