Under the direction of the Vital Statistics Customer Service Leader, you provide subject matter expertise to the Registration Unit Customer Service Representatives working in the walk-in and back-office service delivery location. As a member of a team, you work in a process driven, complex work environment where attention to detail and confidentiality are critical.
Key responsibilities include:
You possess five years of experience in a customer service environment and a minimum of two years of experience in Vital Statistics, ideally Registrations. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. In addition, you possess:
Ability to speak French and or other languages would be viewed as an asset for this position.
We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.

Salary Range: $1,924.59 - $2,128.70 Bi-Weekly
