Do you enjoy working on high-scale, complex, and high visibility projects and programs? If yes, consider the following opportunity:

  • Work with project managers, sponsors, vendors and other stakeholders to develop and plan technical integration strategies; deliver network services and functionality that support the business requirements to achieve network and operational readiness.
  • Lead the team of specialists through business requirements mapping and management; including technical response to the business requirements and network requirements creation and management.
  • Participate in RFIs & RFPs for all new technologies (and those undergoing a significant step change in functionality or architecture) working with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare annual budget for Senior Management approval.
  • Work in collaboration with the architecture team to deploy recommended technology platforms in conjunction with the domain specific integration teams and platform engineering teams.
  • Participate and lead discussions with senior management to articulate technology decisions, including the linkage between the technical solutions and business objectives.
  • Manage staffs on project completion and assessment.
  • Coordinate with various departments and develops policies and process.
  • Encourage a culture of collaboration and learning; ensuring personal and professional development for the team.
  • Vendor management during execution of large to medium programs

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, technical, or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing business benefits, and successful program completion
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role, engaging with cross functional teams, Executives, Vendors to solve business problems with advanced technologies
  • Experience in a direct or matrixed role leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams
  • A history of problem solving and innovation developing technology programs and working across different organizations
  • Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with 4G, 5G Mobile networks, VoLTE, Mobile Broadband and IoT services and technologies architecture design and deployment
  • Experience or Knowledge of Telco Cloud, NFVi, Containerization, MEC, and Network slicing solution design and deployment
  • Experience with Technology Strategy & Roadmap Development
  • Experience with Business & Technology alignment in cross functional environment
  • Experience with network financial modeling, governance & Capital Approval cycle
  • Experience leading high performing team of senior technology professionals
