Permacon, a CRH Company, is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products. Permacon is a division of Oldcastle APG and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to fill a position at our Milton facility.

Reporting to the Coordinator, the Customer Service Representative will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring, among other things, the accuracy of invoices and delivery of products on time.

Your responsibilities will be

• Process customer orders
• Provide information requested by customers in a timely fashion
• Inventory management
• Ensure the accuracy of invoices and the on-time delivery of orders
• Build strong relationships both internally and externally
• Support the Sales team as required

Qualifications required


• Three years of experience in customer service or transport logistics
• High school diploma
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good computer knowledge and skills
• Sense of teamwork and initiative
• Ability to multitask and manage stress well
• Strong attention to detail
