What we are looking for:

This internship role will work in collaboration with Client Service, Distribution and various other teams to provide Institutional Clients with exceptional client service.

Your responsibilities:

  • Will be working on all aspects of the client lifecycle, from onboarding new clients, day to day servicing (reporting, client requests, presentations) as well as strategic initiatives to evolve the overall Client Experience;
  • The candidate will have exposure and work in cross-functional teams, providing exposure to front, middle and back office functions in Fiera. This will provide a great opportunity for career development, learning and potential future placement within the organization;
  • The candidate will be supporting BAU functions in addition to upcoming projects we have in our pipeline.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Pursuing a degree in Business or Finance;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products;
  • Knowledge of financial vehicles would be beneficial;
  • Proficient in English and/or French (if candidate is in Montreal);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Organized;
  • Willing to learn;
  • Sense of urgency.
