We are currently looking for bilingual Customer Service Agents who are motivated, dynamic and empathetic to provide the best service for our customer Telus.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary service to customers through inbound and outbound calls.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and collect overdue balances.
• Resolve issues related to billing and collection measures.
• Assist customers with their equipment.

You are:

• Bilingual, very good level of French and English.
• Able to work variable shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Focused on customer service and problem solving.
• Computer savvy and able to multitask.
• Have the OPC collection certification (an asset)
