While having a rapid growth, we are currently looking for 14 Customer Service Representatives who are highly motivated and career-focused individuals, who believe in providing the best service and results for our client TELUS .

-Provide exemplary customer service.
-Communicate with our customers concerning general inquiries, missing & misapplied payment inquiry, equipment inquiry, overage inquiry, credit limit inquiry, billing & balance inquiry transaction disputes, collection actions, paper statement requests, and change of service/personal information in accordance with the clients' guidelines and regulations.
-Bilingualism: written and spoken French and English.
-You have a positive attitude and outstanding, adaptive communication skills.
-You are well organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-You are solutions-driven.
-You are able to navigate and use multiple applications or computer screens.
-You have at least one year of relevant work experience (asset).
-You have experience working in a call center (asset).

10 mins bus from metro stations Cartier or Montmorency.
Our call center is open 7 days a week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates must be able to commit to a fix shift work, 40 hours per week across 7 days a week.
