POSITION OVERVIEW 

Contributes to the IT efficiency of the development team's activities by analyzing and solving technical problems related to the deployed applications.

With his open-mindedness and versatility, the person will be a reference in the company for the in-house applications either for the usage or the necessary configurations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Handling of application incidents from the Helpdesk.
• - Analysis and research of solutions and transmission of new needs to the development team.
• - Escalation to the developers if necessary.
• - Follow-up of all incidents until resolution.
• - Ensure the update of the applications at the users.
• - Creation of documentation and knowledge base.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant college education.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Technical knowledge:
• Good knowledge of relational databases.
• Understanding of VMware, VPN, Citrix environment.
• Scripting; PowerShell or other.
• Good knowledge of SQL language.
• Good knowledge of the MVC model.
• Good knowledge of MsSharePoint 'on premise' and O365.
• Knowledge of MsWindow, MsOffice.
• o Knowledge of MS-SQL and Oracle database management systems
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Bilingual (French - English).
• Very enthusiastic about learning
• Analytical mind
• Able to handle stress
