As a Sales and Service Assistant, you'll offer advisory services to many clients in order to find personalized solutions for all of them by recommending National Bank brand insurance so that they can protect their property, their plans and their dreams.

Just starting?

You'll take a complete training program and be paired with another employee. During that period, you'll learn more about your role and the tools at your disposal.

Life at work

You'll handle calls from different clients and analyze their needs in order to offer them the coverage that's best for them. Your goal will therefore be to retain clients and acquire new ones.

Your schedule

You must be available full-time Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Main challenges

  • Developing trust-based relationships with our clients and recommending the best possible solutions for them.
  • Navigating through different systems to gather as much relevant information as possible to then analyze files and adapt proposals to clients
  • Leveraging your advisory role to attract and retain clients and make sure they're completely satisfied.

  • High school diploma

  • Customer/advisory service experience
  • Interest in insurance
  • Bilingual (English and French) essential
