Position title: Customer Service Representative

Status: Replacement (maternity leave), Full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

Suggested salary: $22.00 hourly  

Starting date: October 2023

Duration: 1 year

Mode: On-site (office near down-town of Montreal)

Fundstream is seeking someone for a one-year maternity leave replacement. This position is full-time for a maternity leave replacement in the Customer Service department. Your role is a key factor to our unparalleled reputation and helps make FundScrip one of Canada’s best and easiest fundraisers.

This position will begin in October 2023 at our office with several weeks on-the-job training. It will allow you to experience the customer center environment and work along with different departments.

Your mission:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting the latter in activities related to customer service and client support. The duties will include:

  • Provide excellent quality of customer service experience.
  • Answer client calls/emails and resolve issues.
  • Help the client use our ordering site.
  • Coordinate incoming calls and emails to the right department.
  • Detect and report any problems encountered by the user.
  • Performing all other tasks inherent to the position and assigned to the incumbent.


Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.

Experience/Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
  • MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Sharepoint).
  • French and English language proficiency (written and spoken comprehension)*.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work effectively alone and with minimal supervision and in team.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce will be considered an asset.
  • Ability to take initiatives.
  • Expertise in prioritizing and processing multiple requests (multitasking).
