Tasks/Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Financial Software Support Analyst for a 9-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
MANDATE
- Monitor the performance of a financial software
- Establish optimal risk management controls and processes
- Proactively analyze transaction breakdowns and resolve issues
PROFILE
- 1+ year of experience in Software Support
- Professional experience with applications in the field of Finance
- Knowledge of equity derivative products (TRS, ETFs, Equity Swaps, etc.)
- Rigor, good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- English required
