Tasks/Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a TCS Software Support Analyst for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
MANDATE
- Support employees on the use of the TCS BaNCS application;
- Provide level 1, 2 and 3 technical support;
- Efficiently solve problems and carry out the necessary configurations.
PROFILE
- 5+ years of IT experience;
- Good knowledge of the TCS BaNCS application;
- Professional experience in application support;
- BAC in computer science or equivalent
- English required.
