Tasks/Responsibilities

The Technical Support Team Lead will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the technical assistance center of the company’s various subsidiaries, while managing a team of approximately 5 to 8 IT technicians.

  • Implement best practices and promote continuous process improvement
  • Monitor team performance indicators and ensure the effective resolution of each technical request
  • Mobilize and supervise the team, then participate, if necessary, in Level 2 technical support
  • Be the right arm of the IT Director and follow the latest industry trends

PROFILE

  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Professional experience in technical support
  • Expertise in Windows environment, Microsoft 365, SQL, VPN, Firewall
  • Good leadership, interpersonal skills, and strong collaborative spirit
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Azure (asset)
  • Strong customer service and rigor
  • DEC in computer science or equivalent
  • French required, English an asset
