Job Description:

Under the supervision of the department supervisor, the Customer Communication Specialist will divide his/her time between dealing with new incoming opportunities; calls, emails, sms, chat, etc.. while the rest of the time will be used to follow up on ongoing opportunities to maximize the conversion rate of opportunities into appointments.

Tasks:

  • Respond to Incoming and outgoing call, internet leads, live chat, text messaging. Etc.
  • Create and assign opportunities to the work calendar
  • Work to maintain an efficient number of activities
  • Communicate continuously with the team
  • Maintain a positive work environment

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Excellent oral and written skills both in french and english
  • Strong time management skills / organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team

 Qualifications:

Years of experience:                       1 to 2 years in a call center (an asset)

Experience in the automotive field (an asset)

Education:                                           High school degree

Number of hours per week:         37.5h (variable hours)

Job Type:                                             Full Time

Language required:                         Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written

Computer literacy:                           Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM tools

Salary:                                                   base plus monthly bonuses
