CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) – West Island (Montreal), QC

PGW AUTO GLASS, ULC is a large distributor of aftermarket automotive parts.  We have an immediate opening for a BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our facility in Pointe-Claire (Montreal West-Island).

As a Customer Service Representative, you handle inbound customer service and input orders into the order entry application.  Your goal is to provide our customers with superior service through excellent product knowledge and skilled use of our business systems.  You will receive coaching and training to maximize your growth and potential.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:

  • Manage a large amount of incoming calls from customers and input customer orders in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure superior customer service.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and/or complaints in a timely manner to ensure superior customer service.
  • Promote sundry products and business support services to customers.
  • Seek out opportunities to support business initiatives designed to increase revenue.
  • Look for opportunities to improve individual and unit performance to assist in the increase of revenue and decrease of overhead.
  • Promote cooperative work relationships with operations and sales personnel to assist with customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as required, such as (but not limited to) providing research support to identify and resolve problems associated with parts look-up and parts tracking.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES

A stable work history, a highly-developed aptitude for excellent customer service, flexibility, multi-tasking ability and proficiency with computers are essential in order to be considered for this position.  Successful candidates must continuously demonstrate a high level of proper grammatical and verbal skills and have a record of diligence and responsibility for punctuality and attendance.

In order to be able to communicate effectively with customers in the province of Quebec and outside the province of Quebec as well as with our partners in the USA, candidates must be bilingual (French/English).  A minimum of two years of working experience is mandatory, preferably in the area of telephone sales.  Knowledge of aftermarket part-numbering is preferred.

HOURS

8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
