Job Description:

Anne-Sophie finished Cégep in 2013. From that moment, she knew she wanted to use her problem-solving skills, her team spirit and her bilingualism. So she decided to apply to Sun Life in the customer contact center and quickly went through the interview process, a behavioural assessment and was hired! She also completed a government reliability clearance in order to manage Federal government files.

Well, after spending a year in the position of customer service representative, she was promoted to expert in problem solving, still within the call center. Subsequently, she obtained a position as a team leader where she was able to develop her coaching skills. A year ago, she accepted a position a Talent Acquisition Consultant in recruitment and has just been promoted again and is returning to the call center as a manager. What an inspiring journey, do you agree with me!
