Reporting to the Supervisor, Residential Sales and Customer Service, the advisor's challenge is to generate sales that meet the customer's needs and are profitable for the company while providing the highest quality customer service. More specifically:

  • Selling products and services based on customer needs
  • Performing after-sales service activities (invoicing, relocations, general information, solving customers' problems or referring them to the appropriate department)
  • Using surveys to question customers on their satisfaction level;
  • Retaining customers who wish to cancel or reduce their products and services
  • Managing customers' administrative files
  • On occasion, soliciting active customers and potential customers


  • You have experience or strong skills in sales-advising and/or customer service over the telephone
  • You have completed your DES and ideally you have training as a Customer Service Agent, Sales Advisor, Customer Relations Center Agent, in Administration or Office Automation
  • You stand out due to your strong customer service skills, and among other things, you have great interpersonal skills and you show courtesy, respect and conscientiousness towards customers.
  • You enjoy challenges, and you like to work as part of a team
  • You are a good communicator, and you have a good telephone manner
  • You enjoy technology, and you are comfortable working with computer systems
  • Good command of French
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Interest in the telecommunications field

Terms of employment offered:

  • Permanent position, full-time, 40 hours/week
