Job Profile
We are looking for a professional Customer Service Agent with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day account support, and will be an integral part of our team, working to enhance the customer's experience in a positive manner.

Employment Conditions

  • Full-time and permanent position.
  • Must be available for business hours 9:00 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Entering, processing, and coordinating all account orders received by telephone, fax, e-mail.
  • Provide regular status reports and summaries as required (open orders, late deliveries, cancellations).
  • Plan and track shipments of orders and shipments according to customer requirements.
  • Providing knowledgeable answers, in a timely and efficient manner, to all incoming customers' inquiries pertaining to product, pricing, availability and back orders.
  • Problem-solving and regular follow-up for order status questions, resolve product returns and deliveries inquiries.
  • Collaborating and ensuring coordination with the Sales team.
  • Additional administrative tasks (to help various departments based on current business requirements)

Experience and Job Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills are required. Candidate must be fluent in English (verbal and written) and must possess a good knowledge of French (spoken but written would be considered an asset).
  • College diploma preferred but not mandatory.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a Customer Service, preferably B2B.
  • Experience working with SAP BusinessOne or other ERP software. (Asset)
  • To be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • To be a creative problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data entry and reporting skills.
  • Collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
