Hiring for Desjardins Insurance Kanata Location – Mark Reid Insurance & Financial Services Inc. Position available: Customer Service & Sales Position is Full-Time On-Site Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Salary range of $36,000-$45,000 plus no cap bonus based on performance!! Job Requirements: Sales and Service experience (preferred). Successful track record of meeting sales goals. Self-motivated. Ability to relate to customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Organized, with the ability to problem solve. Ability to work as a team. Attention to detail. Strong understanding of technology. Ability to motivate and leadership skills. Qualifications: No experience necessary - training is provided! Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain - we will pay for these costs). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain - we will pay for these costs). past sales experience a strong asset.
