They ensure positive customer experience by handling calls, emails, or chats in a friendly and professional manner. Their goal is to help customers efficiently, maintain high levels of satisfaction, and take ownership of resolving problems. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. Investigate and address questions regarding products, services, and company policies while fostering positive, professional customer relationships. Receive and accurately input customer orders into the ERP system with a high level of attention to detail. Prepare product information, samples, and quotes for both existing customers and potential prospects. Verify and update customer contact details in the CRM database. Coordinate refunds, exchanges, and credits for returned merchandise. Participate in ongoing product training to stay fully informed on our latest offerings. Maintain a clean and organized reception area at the end of each day, and handle general office duties as needed. Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned. Skills and Knowledge Requirements Fully bilingual in English and French (written and verbal), with courteous phone etiquette and the ability to remain calm and composed when resolving customer complaints. Proficient in PC applications, including a strong working knowledge of MS Office, with the aptitude to quickly learn new software systems. A dedicated, adaptable, and highly motivated learner who thrives both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills, featuring high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. An outgoing, positive communicator who builds constructive relationships with both customers and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure. A proactive problem solver who takes complete ownership of customer issues and follows through to a successful resolution. Asset: Familiarity with ERP systems (specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and EDI/Webforms. Asset: Previous experience in the safety or medical industries Asset: Fluency or working knowledge of Spanish. Desired Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent. 2 years of experience as a Customer Care Agent or equivalent. Bilingual Fluent in French, both oral and written. Compensation $52,000 – $57,000 CAD per year, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
