QE Technical Lead – Contact Center Platforms Key Skills: Automation & Amazon Connect Location: Toronto, ON Work mode: 4 DAYS HYBRID Skills: • Expertise in QE with Contact Center platforms. • IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer etc. • Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate etc- any of them). • Agent Desktop Automation. • Java core. • Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities. • Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse) etc. • Experience working in a structured scaled Agile environment. • Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.
