Qualifications: High school diploma, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer requests effectively.
