Role Description The Purchasing and Customer Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Laval, QC. This role is responsible for processing purchase orders, tracking shipments, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate inventory and product data. The coordinator responds to customer and dealer inquiries, provides order status updates, resolves issues related to deliveries or product defects, and ensures a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include data entry in ERP/CRM systems, preparing and reviewing documentation, communicating with internal teams (logistics, sales, and warehousing), and following up on open orders and backorders. The role also supports continuous improvement of purchasing and service processes by identifying recurring issues, proposing solutions, and maintaining clear records and reports. Qualifications Ability to foster strong Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience. Demonstrated skills in Customer Support and responsive Customer Service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused approach. Experience in purchasing, order processing, or supply chain coordination, ideally within furniture, wholesale, or manufacturing. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with office productivity tools and business systems (e.g., ERP/CRM, spreadsheets, email). Ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams and maintain effective supplier and customer relationships. Relevant post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
