We're looking for an experienced On-Call Service Technician to support our customers throughout the Greater Toronto Area. If you have hands-on experience repairing commercial janitorial equipment and enjoy solving problems while providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do Perform onsite diagnostics and minor repairs on commercial cleaning equipment. Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine whether repairs can be completed onsite or require shop service. Clearly communicate repair findings, recommended parts, and next steps to the Armorex team. Represent Armorex professionally while delivering exceptional customer service at every service call. Complete service documentation and maintain communication with dispatch throughout the day. Travel throughout the GTA using a company-provided service vehicle (or as assigned).
Equipment You'll Service Experience with one or more of the following brands is preferred: Tennant Kärcher IPC Sanitaire ProTeam Experience with additional commercial cleaning equipment brands is considered an asset.
What We're Looking For Previous experience repairing commercial janitorial equipment, including: Vacuums Floor scrubbers Sweepers Burnishers Carpet extractors Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to diagnose equipment issues independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls. Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record. Comfortable traveling throughout the GTA.
