Merchantman Fresh Seafood & Oyster Bar
The Merchantman Fresh Seafood & Oyster Bar is a 210-seat, high-volume restaurant located in the heart of downtown Charlottetown. Our Kitchen team strives to use the best of what PEI has to offer to create a delicious menu that not only incorporates amazing fresh seafood, but also farm-fresh local produce, meats, and poultry.
As a Dishwasher, You Will
Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans and utensils Restocking cleaned dishes and utensils Ensure dishes are cleaned and stored in a timely fashion Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dish area Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards Follow all operations policies and procedures Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
Who You Are
Positive and outgoing personality Love for building strong relations with team members Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Must possess a desire for personal and professional development Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment A desire to have fun a work, when you have fun, our guests do too
What You Bring
Experience working in a kitchen is an asset
