Role Description The Vinyl Graphics Installer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lloydminster, AB. This position is responsible for preparing surfaces, applying vinyl graphics and decals to a variety of substrates, and assisting with the installation of interior and exterior signage. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting job layouts, measuring and cutting vinyl materials, operating basic sign production tools, and ensuring accurate, clean, and durable installations. The role also involves maintaining equipment, following safety procedures, communicating with team members and supervisors regarding project status, and occasionally interacting with customers on-site to ensure expectations are met. Qualifications Experience with vinyl application, including surface preparation, measuring, cutting, and installing vinyl graphics on various surfaces. Basic knowledge of signage production tools and equipment, with the ability to learn and follow standard operating procedures. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work with precision in both indoor and outdoor environments. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively on installation projects. Ability to lift and move signage materials, work on ladders or lifts as required, and adhere to workplace safety guidelines. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Lloydminster, AB location; comfort traveling locally for installations as needed. Previous experience in sign installation, construction, or a related trade is an asset but not required; on-the-job training may be provided. High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to continuously develop technical skills and product knowledge.
