How your role will bring the vision to life:
Snackish is built on how we make people feel. You are that feeling. Every DM you answer, every person you surprise & delight, and every creator you bring into the snackpack is inviting them into building Snackish alongside us. You're not "managing a community," you're the reason it exists.
You make Snackish feel seen & heard like a friend. Every DM and comment you answer turns a bag of chips into a real relationship- the thing that makes someone choose Snackish over a shelf full of other bags. You turn customers into ambassadors. Through surprise & delight and genuine one-on-one moments, you create the kind of loyalty and word-of-mouth that builds an emotional connection to Snackish You grow the community that grows the brand. By showing up consistently & with intentionality, you bring new snack pack members in and give the people already here a reason to stay, share, and have their friends join the vision You find the creators who'll carry us forward. By spotting influencers naturally drawn to Snackish, you help build partnerships that feel authentic instead of transactional- the kind that actually move people. You make the brand feel human at scale. As we reach more people, you keep every interaction feeling personal, kind, and unmistakably Snackish. You're our ear to the ground. What you hear in the DMs, comments, and tickets becomes the north star that shapes our content, our products, and how the whole team shows up.
What success looks like: Our DMs, comments, and CX inboxes are answered quickly and warmly, and people walk away knowing Snackish actually cares- because it does. Our community is growing and getting more engaged: more genuine conversations, more user-generated content, more fans who feel like part of the family. Surprise & delight moments are landing — fans are posting about being surprised, and you're consistently turning everyday customers into vocal superfans. We have a growing roster of creators who genuinely love the brand, sourced and nurtured by you, fueling authentic partnerships. The rest of the team is smarter because of you — your read on what the community is feeling regularly shapes content, product, and decisions.
We're looking for an incredible human who: Genuinely loves people and makes everyone they talk to feel a little more seen & heard- whether it's a superfan or a frustrated customer. Lives on the internet and gets it: the humor, the trends, the unspoken rules of how Gen Z and millennial women actually talk online. Writes fast, warmly, and on-brand, and can hold Snackish's voice across a hundred replies a day without losing the spark. Has great instincts for people and authenticity — they can tell which creators are a real fit and which moments will make someone's day. Is organized, reliable, and self-directed, and can juggle a busy inbox, an active comment section, and a ticket queue without dropping the ball. Is hungry to grow into becoming a social and influencer marketing leader
