Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative/Technical Support Representative role based in Bolton, ON. The person in this role will respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing professional, courteous assistance on policy information, billing questions, and coverage details. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical issues related to online accounts or digital tools, documenting interactions in internal systems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. The role also involves processing policy changes, assisting with applications and renewals, and ensuring accurate data entry and record maintenance. Collaboration with brokers and other staff to resolve client concerns promptly and uphold All-Risks’ high service standards is a key part of this position. Qualifications Strong customer service and client support skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication. Technical support abilities such as basic troubleshooting of user issues, comfort with web portals, and understanding of common software tools. Solid organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, accurate data entry, and effective time management. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain insurance and technical information in an accessible way. Ability to work on-site in Bolton, ON, collaborate with team members, and adapt to changing priorities and client needs. Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or customer support environments is an asset. Familiarity with insurance products (property, casualty, life, health) and brokerage operations is considered beneficial. High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
