Bilingual Product Support Engineer – Industrial Applications
Concord, ON | Full-Time | $70,000 I am currently recruiting for a Product Support Engineer to join a growing organization that supports industrial customers across Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with customer interaction. You'll play a key role supporting industrial products from installation and troubleshooting through to training and ongoing technical support.
Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for industrial products and equipment • Troubleshoot electromechanical, electrical, and electronic systems • Assist with product installations, commissioning, and testing • Deliver technical training and support to customers • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve complex technical issues • Travel throughout Canada as required to support customer projects
Qualifications: • Degree or diploma in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field • 3–5 years of relevant experience • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience supporting industrial equipment or industrial customers • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Willingness to work both in the office and at customer sites • Ability to travel across Canada when required
