Role Description The Customer Service role at Solmar Development Corp is a full-time, on-site position based in Mississauga. In this role, the team member will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing clear information about homes, communities, and services. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer issues, managing follow-ups of warranty letters, documenting interactions, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to address service requests, supporting residents and buyers throughout the ownership journey, and ensuring that the customer experience reflects Solmar’s standards of professionalism and care. This position requires consistent on-site presence to support walk-in visitors, scheduled appointments, and customer needs. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through clear communication and reliable follow-up. Professional Phone Etiquette and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for managing records and documentation. Comfort working on-site in Mississauga and collaborating in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, NEWSTAR spreadsheets). Prior experience with Tarion, real estate, construction, or property management customer service is an required. High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is an asset.
