What You’ll Do

• Engage with clients via email, inbound calls, and online inquiries
• Handle policy updates, billing questions, claims support, and general inquiries with care
• Build lasting client relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional service
• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and agency marketing goals
• Bring World Class Service and attitude to our team and clients everyday

What You Bring

• Customer service experience (Retail, Office, Hospitality), preferred
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and active listening
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
• Licensed (or willing to become licensed) in Property & Casualty (OTL)
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-focused
• Winners mentality, positive Vibes

• $50,000 base salary plus monthly team bonus + annual bonus
