BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming group seeking to expand its team with experienced Executive Host for the Toronto operation.
This is a hybrid role and only suitable for those located in the GTA
. The Executive Host owns the most sensitive and commercially important relationships in the VIP program. This role is for a polished, loyalty-driven, high-judgment operator who can deliver red-carpet service while protecting the business, the player, and the bran
d. What You Will DoManage a capped portfolio of approximately 100 ultra-high-value players, each with documented preferences, reinvestment strategy, communication cadence, and risk profi le.Create individualized retention plans for top players, including premium offers, high-touch service moments, gifts, hospitality, travel/event invitations, and executive-level service recove ry.Serve as the senior escalation point for urgent top-player matters including large withdrawals, payment friction, complaints, account concerns, and sensitive responsible-gaming issu es.Partner with the VIP Promotions and Events Coordinator and Head of VIP Hosting to plan invite-only experiences, premium gifting moments, and hosted events for the top player segme nt.Defend share of wallet through service quality, speed, personalization, and competitor awareness rather than indiscriminate bonus spe nd.Mentor VIP Hosts on communication quality, high-value player expectations, reinvestment logic, and escalation judgme nt.Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure every meaningful interaction, offer, issue, and handover is document
ed. What You B ring5+ years in VIP hosting, casino host work, or iGaming player developm ent.Proven experience managing high-value or high-touch clients with discretion and commercial matur ity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to handle demanding players without overpromis ing.Strong understanding of casino, sportsbook, payments, crypto, reinvestment, and VIP lifecycle mechanics prefer red.Experience hosting or supporting premium events, executive hospitality, travel, gifting, or sports/entertainment experien ces.Calm judgment under pressure, especially around complaints, large financial transactions, and responsible-gaming conce
rns. Schedule and Cov erageStandard working pattern should be 9am-5pm Monday-Friday from Toronto, plus on-call only for top-tier, reputational, compliance, or material-value escalat ions.Approximately 25% travel per year required for player ev
