Day to Day Handling a mix of inbound client service calls and email inquiries (may vary based on business needs) Provide support to financial advisors and clients, ensuring a high level of service Follow up on incomplete or incorrect trade/order submissions Reach out to advisors to gather missing information and ensure timely resubmission Manage and respond to client and advisor communications via phone and email Support the team during peak/busy periods with flexible task allocation (calls, emails, trade support)
