What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Advisors, Technicians, and support staff while fostering a positive, engaged workplace culture.
- Champion an elevated customer experience that reflects the premium standards of the Audi brand.
- Drive department performance by balancing customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial results.
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality workmanship, and timely vehicle delivery.
- Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and other departments to create a seamless ownership experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Support technical problem solving and provide leadership on complex customer concerns when needed.
- Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement through ongoing coaching and development.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of automotive leadership experience, ideally within a service environment.
- A proven leader who inspires, motivates, and develops high-performing teams.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Experience managing department performance, workflow, and operational priorities.
- A collaborative leader who builds strong relationships with employees, customers, and manufacturer partners.
- Previous luxury automotive experience is considered a strong asset.
