Compensation: based on knowledge, skills and experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Advisors, Technicians, and support staff while fostering a positive, engaged workplace culture.
  • Champion an elevated customer experience that reflects the premium standards of the Audi brand.
  • Drive department performance by balancing customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial results.
  • Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality workmanship, and timely vehicle delivery.
  • Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and other departments to create a seamless ownership experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Support technical problem solving and provide leadership on complex customer concerns when needed.
  • Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement through ongoing coaching and development.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of automotive leadership experience, ideally within a service environment.
  • A proven leader who inspires, motivates, and develops high-performing teams.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Experience managing department performance, workflow, and operational priorities.
  • A collaborative leader who builds strong relationships with employees, customers, and manufacturer partners.
  • Previous luxury automotive experience is considered a strong asset.
