Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Technical Support role is based in Kirkland, QC. The role involves responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing technical information about Aerocom products, and assisting customers in selecting appropriate fittings and flexible piping solutions. The individual will log and track support requests, troubleshoot basic application and product issues, and coordinate with engineering, sales, and production teams to resolve customer concerns. Daily responsibilities also include preparing quotations, updating order and customer records in internal systems, and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain a positive customer experience. The position requires consistent, professional communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting both customers and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently. Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, including follow-through, empathy, and problem-solving to meet customer needs. Excellent Phone Etiquette, clear communication, and active listening skills when interacting with customers and colleagues. Basic technical aptitude and interest in industrial products, fluid connectors, or mechanical systems; prior experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is an asset. Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, CRM, and order entry systems) and strong documentation skills. Ability to work on-site full time in Kirkland, QC, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Secondary education or post-secondary training in a relevant field (e.g., technical, industrial, or business) is preferred. Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset; bilingual English/French is an advantage.
